How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Every bag ships within 48 hours of roasting. Coffee peaks 5-14 days after roast, so most orders arrive right in that window.
What grind should I choose?
Pick whole bean if you have a burr grinder at home — it's always the freshest option. Otherwise choose the grind that matches your brewer (drip, pour-over, French press or espresso) and we'll grind it fresh before shipping.
Do you offer decaf?
Not yet — we're testing a Swiss Water decaf lot and will add it once it passes our cupping bar.
Can I change or cancel a subscription?
Yes, anytime from your account: pause a delivery, change the roast, or cancel with no fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the US only.
