Roast Collective is a one-roastery operation: we buy direct from a small list of farms and co-ops, roast in batches of under 20lbs on a vintage drum roaster, and ship within 48 hours of roasting. No warehouse sitting, no stale bags.

We pay above commodity price and work with the same producers season after season, which means we can tell you exactly where a bag came from — and so can you, on every label.

We cup every new lot before it goes on the site, and we answer our own emails. If you're not sure which roast fits how you brew, ask our coffee guide or just write to us.
