Returns & Warranty

Unused, in-package items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened mattresses and protectors can only be returned if faulty or under the comfort guarantee.

• Mattresses: 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects and premature sagging, plus a 30-night comfort guarantee.
• Solid-wood furniture: 5-year warranty on frames and joinery.
• Protectors: replaced free within 12 months if the membrane fails under normal use.
